Really need help this is breaking my game

so when people try to join me with a password its says wrong password when i put no password it says theres a password i need help its been happening for like one year plz help or i will never be able to host games

Whats your operating system, Windows, OSx, Linux ?
There have been issues like yours reported against Linux but if a solution was found they didn't share that info in the forums.

Hi there my operating system used to be windows 7 i had the problem on there aswell i recently updated to ten hoping it might fix the problem it didnt

Fixed just type ingame /resetallsaved
