Recruit
I bougt this game one day ago and already played with some Friends. (My NAT is open, theirs strikt and normal) but they where able to join me. But today we got the Error: Failed to Connect: Failed. There is no Antivirus or Firewall blocking it. And the Port is opened. I've already read the other posts but it wouldn't help me.

Have you made sure these ports were open?
UDP (outbound) 3478, 4379, 4380 (Steam P2P Ports)
