    Decal Support

    As the title says, it would be quite nice to have access to placing decals in the scripting, so as to programmatically create 'card building' etc. This could be used for dice building as well, allowing for easy placement of upgrades to enable more dynamic building systems than 'deck building' exclusively.

    Ideally, we should have access to where to place decals, the scale of said decals (ideally both in absolute pixels and relative to the dimensions of the object it's being placed on), and the ability to give placed decals an object reference for future use/reference and to iterate through and remove placed decals if so needed.

    Could use decals exposed to the api as well.
