Failure to Upload new mod to Workshop

When I select "workshop upload", I fill in all fields, at which point it says "Beginning Upload to workshop". Then, nothing happens. It's not frozen, I can manipulate the objects, but it never finishes the upload.
Other mods load and update properly as before so I suspect something is amiss with this new mod. Its not overly large and I've waited over an hr for the load to complete. Usually its a matter of seconds. No error message given.

Any fix suggestions?

Same problem; none of the suggested solutions are working for me.
