Transfer Decals Between Games

I've spent a good amount of time making in decals in one of my games, but they are only available in that saved game. Is there a way I can import them to other games, so that I don't have to spend the time making them again?

Your decals are assets. You can use the same asset source in all your mods. If you chose to put your decals in the steam cloud, you can get the URL from the cloud manager or the decal tool (if I remember correctly)

So I have uploaded all the images to the cloud, and I can see them in a new game in the cloud manager, but they don't show up in decals.

I just don't know how to get them to be decals in the new game without making them all over again. Any tips?
